Your server reinstall process is manual (Hope you will fix it soon). Sent a reinstall request in morning, now it is night the request is still pending. :(

Whoever has ordered an Xen on December 1 & December 2 & you have not received an Email; your order will be sent out tomorrow. We are out of stock on our current nodes & are adding more December 3rd.

Due to the fact we had to setup VPS's (again) Xen's were held off for later. Sorry for the wait, we will be getting xen's & shared hosting caught up by tomorrow.
