Just going out on a limb here, but I think the quality of support used to be excellent. I have seen it drop recently.

And I'm still having issues with my seedbox. I don't understand why it says it's instant setup, when it doesn't get setup properly.

First I couldn't login to the seedbox, now I can't download any files from the seedbox. It's as if the passwords are not in sync. I can't even access my control panel, which I could before?!?!?!

My support ticket has been opened & closed since the 3rd Oct, it's now the 21st and it's still not working. Added a comment yesterday to my ticket to advise the seedbox isn't working, but haven't heard a reply yet. Boxslots must be sick of me, all I want is a working seedbox, like I used to have...:facepalm:

I'll give credit where credit is due. They do have stable servers and the speed of the seedboxs are some of the best out there.

I could never complain about the download/upload speed of boxslots. =)
