RDB, it will be fake traffic. Google has complex algorithms which detect sudden increase in traffic and then sudden decrease. Most probably you wouldn't get any good amount of money out of this but a risk to get banned.

I made one of this apps ages ago, i think i got it laying around somewhere. Anyways its 100% traffic and doesnt gain you anything but alexa ranking. And generally alexa ranking doesnt mean anything. Its just something you can brag with but you're site wont get more traffic from high alexa ranking
