Servers with OVH are always good on config and may be you should try one before saying so.
Config is fine and will be quick , optimised for 10 users on servers.

We are also bringing some hardware RAID NL servers in next week, which will beat all offers on WJ.

I am sorry i can not, but considering its on OVH, torrents should be good enough.

FTP and utorrent is installed, you may not be allowed to seed more then 1-2 files at any time.
