Blogger considered as spam blog

I got that warning from blogger and I tried unblock my blog but no use, any could help me in this problem ?

i think your blog has been deleted from blogger. May be you were using it as warez or porn site. You may try to contact them but not sure they may reply, but they might unlock it again.

Why bother to host with these free services? For a few bucks you can have you're own Wordpress hosting with full control.
