changing the skin will be a nice step...
a little gap between IN in the logo would be good

The site is a bit Slow
Skin looks good. (7/10)
Change the favicon to some better one
Add some space between "Z" and "N" in your banner. The "I" and "N" looks merged.
I like the fire on the "B" Good work

Everything else is good

First good choice of forum software phpbb ftw (Y)
The skin is nice i was going to use this one on my site then decided to go for a custom one

need some better forum icons they are nice but plain

need to fix the nav it shows extras before you have hovered over it

the logo looks a little plain and i think their is too much space in the header free looks empty

this is just my opinion but i think you should put this in a box i dont really like it like that

like the header you should reduce the height of the footer its to big and empty
