Unfortunately many sites use fake emails, but it is also understandable, some DDL share lists of email with spamm sites or they use spamm.
It seems to me not being a valid reason to be blacklisted.

What you can do is add an code to submitt page to check the MX record for email, if are invalid reject.

Or on whitelist if uses add the email and to submitt must be always whit that email, even if are fake.

I'm admin of nonamexxx.com - the day i stop recieving 120 e-mails and 20 viagra offers after each downloads submission will be the day i start giving out my e-mail adress.

thats all bullshit, simply make an email just for submitting to ddl sites. this is what i do atleast.
