This is a forum where i am a super mod it has got many contests and i think the design and all are also fine there are over 200 members in the forum but it is still new.Please Review this site.

Remove the (Welcome) banner.

As doctor said, remove the banner or make it blend well.
Think about making the theme completely black, the white parts don't blend quite well with the background. Also making it black should go nicely with the site category, i.e, Blackhat SEO.
Will certainly join it :D
