Yes this would be good but could also drive a lot of hacker type members towards the site, I said yes though as it will also bump up our traffic rates, even if it is only a sub forum to the current SEO board.

Well, we have rules. Hacking talk is not allowed in any part of forum, so general rules will still apply.

my vote is NO, since WJ is all about whitehat, i don't think its a good idea to make a section related to BLACKHAT and it refers to hacking/cracking and all (am not sure just saying) nor it suits WJ to have a section so called a BLACKHAT

Yes why not? We will not allow anything illegal going on there.
SEC - Search engine compliance, guide to comply (WhiteHat)
SEO - Search engine optimization, you are adjusting your site, having a knowledge about what search engine use for ranking, and using that knowledge (Blackhat)
Basically, whatever chat you have, how to rank better your site, it's blackhat talk.

Yes, Blackhat seo is nothing to do with cracking or hacking , I am actually a long time member of the most famous Blackhat forums, and we only discuss blachat techniques to get our sites ranked high in search engines, for instance , Placing back links from blog comments using scrapebox is considered blackhat but that is NOT cracking or hacking... Using xrumer for social engineering and backlinks and other things but thats not crackling or hacking.. Using Senuke is blackhat but NOT cracking or hacking.. Building Linkwheels is Blackhat, sending bot views to your youtube video's,..etc..etc..etc..............

SO guys please know that Real Blackhat SEO is nothing to do with cracking or hacking, at least not in my eyes or the eyes of many other very good black hatters
