It wasn't the DNS, I only need to take another IP. :facepalm:

They had to fixed some servers overloaded, now I see that the website is very stable, and I hope the servers too, they only have to fix s16 that still cant be used to upload & counting downloads but I am sure that they will fix it soon, Bitshare still the best filehosting.Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
