Yes, well their rates have changed dramatically since the last time I used them. Here is a copypasta from an earlier thread on a different forum in which I praised them:
Right now it is bitshare.com. So far they haven't changed any of their policies what-so-ever. Don't know if they're still fast, but I know when I briefly tried them out about 6-months ago, they were faster than all the other filehosts. They have a copy button, too, which is important to someone like me that deals with files that get DMCA complaints alot (like Stoya and a few camwhores that actively google their name and chase down their files). Also think it took them less than a week from requesting payout for them to payout....
That is just a half a year ago when they were ONLY paying $25 per 1000.....they really were competing with the best of them at that time. The only reason I didn't stick with them is because I had already tried out a few others, first, and because they actually did delete the files, of free users, after a month, whereas the rest of the filehosts I was using didn't.
Anyways, so 6-months later and this is what they have resulted to....
That $.05 you see in the first picture I provided? That's literally from 2 downloads. Now I have 50x's the downloads - that's 100 downloads - and yet they're paying the equivalent of what they would have paid me for 16 downloads back then.....
I suggest if you're going to remain in the filehost game, Bitshare, that you step it up a notch. I you don't, then it looks like I'm going to have to go to extabit for the money or rapidshare for the speed....might-as-well just go to to rapidshare, anyways, with the trifle you are paying with.....

I'm with Bitshare since nearly a year now, and my rank is "Silver." But I'm constantly adding some files each day, and I have a constant (but low) DL-Rate.
They didn't have the 'bronze, silver, gold, platinum' system 6-months ago.....they paid you according to your downloads like fileserve, sonic, wupload, uploadstation, uploaded.to, etc.....the system they have going now is silly. I'm going to go with extabit. Not only did I request a copy button earlier and now they have it (doubt it was a result of me, but hey.....), but they also have ftp upload available and they at least pay 20 per 1000 without you having to "move up" lol......
I just can't deal with bitshare now. They're a disappointment. Not only were they one of the fastest filehosts to download from, but they paid accordingly. Now they're just shit, sorry.....
