Nice to hear I hope you will consider all the recommendations mentioned in this thread. Just to sum up few;

1. Make rates attractive, but not unbelievable ! No false promises.

2. Minimal and non obstructive ads. Everyone is used to 1-3 popups but not chain of popups one after another like infinity.

3. No Shaving. Realtime and accurate stats are important.
