This business was just a waste of time.
We wanted to be great, but we ended up becoming the worst. For this reason, the BigWarp service will be shut down soon. (this service wasn’t profitable for the business, which is why we considered discontinuing it). For this reason, please submit your payment request as soon as possible — we will settle all payments.

@mostanad, Why can't you just wait a few days? Bigwarp is having various problems and earnings are currently low, but as for payments, from what we see, they're still paying regularly. I always wait a few days and always receive payment. I'll be worried if the payment doesn't arrive after a week instead of two days.

With traffic from Japan it seems to me to have improved to normal after 4 bad days. For me the count is back to normal. The only annoying issue that keeps happening is that sometimes my viewer are automatically redirected to an ad page. Even though they haven't clicked play. If the counter is fixed but the viewer cannot play the video, everything will still be a vicious circle.

Why do they change the payment status to "paid" when they haven’t actually paid yet? They should only change it when they’ve made the payment, like most video hosting platforms do.

In the old days, video hosts used to send payments directly and also mark them as paid. But for quite some time now, the system has changed. Nowadays, video hosts make payments through a third party. For example, today the host handed over the entire pending list to the third party, and as soon as they do that, the system marks those payments as paid. After that, the third party sends the payments gradually, one by one, according to the list. Sometimes we receive the payment quickly, and other times it takes longer.
