This business was just a waste of time.
We wanted to be great, but we ended up becoming the worst. For this reason, the BigWarp service will be shut down soon. (this service wasn’t profitable for the business, which is why we considered discontinuing it). The upload management system is poor.
You have to manually decide what to upload... you don't have load balancing, so when you upload, most of the encodings fail or get stuck in limbo.

I was going to move more files here, but if that's not possible, I'll move them to another site where uploading and encoding work.

Compared to uploading 100 videos to Bigfile, it takes me more effort and time than uploading 4,000 to Filemoon.

The system here works a bit differently. When Bigwarp shows "Pending Payment: Paid" in your account, it means they've sent the payment details to their processor. It usually takes some time after that for the money to actually arrive.


In my experience, I wait around two days and the payment reaches my PayPal. Only once did I receive the payment before it even showed as "Paid."


I've never had to message Bigwarp about payment — it always came through. Four hours is totally normal, so just give it a little time — your money will come.
