Yesterday was counted correctly. (At the beginning of the day, we mistakenly counted 10 times per day, and after 18 hours, we changed it to 4. That’s why you think the stat has stopped. You should check the daily revenue, which is correct.)

Got a significant decrease in earning and i didn’t saw any 10 time increase?

Also my per day stats and earning doesn’t match YESTERDAYS Earning And Stats.

These are yesterday earnigs, as you can see 360 views from GER are 1,8 $ , so where is difference from 1,3492 ???
And other countries the same....

My account has been showing the last payment as "Paid" on the payment page since yesterday, but it has not yet appeared in my PayPal account. This has happened several times before, where it shows as "Paid," but the payment appears in PayPal after a day or two. I want to understand whether the status is marked as "Paid" before the payment is actually sent, or if there is some other reason for this delay?
