You can increase tier 5 rates to 7usd so that there will be real Tier 5 logic in your make money page. Just my recommendation.

Yes. $5/1000 is too low. At least $8-10 would make sense.

@BigWarp Why a lot of views not counted? For example video size around 350mb, visitor viewed 200mb it's 1% for sure, but not counted. Instead other viewed around 100mb or less from video and it counted?

Yep. After rate decreased, shaving too has begun.
The downfall of doodstream has become windfall for @BigWarp .
