It doesn't refer to that. It just shows that it is in the queue but not in which position the queue is normally placed and that way you can estimate how long it will take.
And not all videos run without being converted.
 
the Dashboard and embeds are very slow and Snapshot feature is KO.

I think y'all not ready for them people from D**dstream. Today my views is very low because of the site is very slow, and sometimes the video didn't uploaded properly or even doesn't play at all. Update please 🙏
