The video is not encoding, and I'm increasingly concerned about the reliability of BigWarp. On top of that, the video count was paused for approximately 8 hours on both Saturday and Sunday. Who is accountable for this issue, and where is the money for the lost 8 hours? This level of service is unacceptable. I’ve sent multiple emails regarding this matter, but I have yet to receive any response. My username on BigWarp is rocky1.

I’ve been experiencing an issue with the encoding process on your platform. The link in question is: https://bigwarp.io/22rhwq1wu4po. There are currently 23 videos pending encoding, and this issue has persisted since yesterday.

I have already shared my username, but it seems like this matter is being overlooked. If your platform is publicly available and users rely on your services, it’s important to address such problems promptly. If the issue is due to your video streaming or encoding system, it needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
