We are all up to date now. We apologize for the inconvenience caused,
however, no data was ever lost. We deliver a genuine and real service
and we will continue to do so.

After much testing, we have now permanently fixed our Wait Time +
Download Speed. Results have come in that there is no difference between
higher wait time and lower wait time, in fact this just pisses everyone
off. Why other hosts set to higher wait times and lower speed is to save
bandwidth (lower cost, more profit). We are big ambassadors for being
able to provide a free and usable service - We implore you to adapt the
same mentality, thus, our fixed "set of rules" will be:

On weekdays:
60 min wait time in between downloads for Anonymous users
45 min wait time in between downloads for FREE users

400 Kb/s for Anonymous users
800 Kb/s for FREE users

On weekends:
60 min wait time in between downloads for Anonymous users
45 min wait time in between downloads for FREE users

200 Kb/s for Anonymous users
400 Kb/s for FREE users

This should be beneficial for all parties, so therefore we ask for to
recommend our service to your friends and family.

No, the world holiday calendar doesn't show Easter is a holiday on the two countries, but I found Hong Kong might be the right one. I will refer it as BigFile's holiday calendar in the future.
