i saw many web hosters feel proud to offer their offshore hosting packages at Netherlands (worldstream.nl or Ecatel or Leaseweb) but i think you are not safe there too, yes this is true, a single complaint thread at WHT forums can force DC to suspend / terminate server or site, see the discussion thread here :D

I could be wrong here, but, WS have their own DC these days. WS isn't about to suspend WS. This is one of the key reasons why people consider them safe.
 
Are you stupid or what? He clearly stated the site hosted illegal files on Ecatel's server. And maybe its just me, maybe its that I haven't sleep for more than 20 hours but I didn't saw anywhere LeaseWeb.

Its not because he's just linking to Warez, there are much bigger sites out there linking than WS. Honestly, those WHT guys are just pissed off at him, due to his love for highly illegal trades (as mentioned in that thread)... and probably a few of them in WHT found their shit being sold off @ WS and decided to take action.

@op: This has nothing to do with linking. No warez linking site hosted in NL will be shut down atleast for now. Both this thread and that WHT thread is an utter fail regarding Warez Linking.
 
its not complain funny things. why he could not contact with file host site? he consider file link not file host--LOL
 
That one guy made a good point about Iran though. I think I'm gonna see if I can get a dummy site on an Iranian shared host. I'm dieing to find out how slow it would be and how they would go about a warez site. :unsure:

You're an utter moron, who has no clue what he's talking about.

You love preaching such bullshit, when you'd have no comprehension as to legal issues considering you don't run a site even remotely large enough to experience such things.

WorldStream are concerned as they're attempting to save face -- hell, any company would. The Marketplace has been removed from the Netherlands, which means we're now compliant and chances are, we will remain to host there for the meantime. The Marketplace will be transferred to a separate server in Hong Kong. I've a prearranged agreement with the server provider in question that will handle our issues on the fly, as long as we don't sell or trade in highly illicit things such as CC's/DC's/Bank -- something which we've never allowed, and a couple of other things I'll personally be restricting. So we're not going to get owned, as you so kindly put it. 8-)

The WHT issue is two morons, who are crying because they downloaded an infected file. Their case to get us disconnected is becoming futile, and they will not succeed.

You can't even begin to understand the infrastructure I have to ensure WarezScene stays online, and in the event of us being disconnected in the Netherlands (which is a small, but still a concern), we will be moving to a permanent datacenter, which I won't be discussing. (Rest assured, it's not Hong Kong)
 
NOthing is gonna happen to any warez sites :)
If youtube can host copyrighted content why cant warez sites just link to them. :D
Just stop worrying! Look @ UlitmA; if there is a problem, the solution is already there. One just needs to choose the right solution for the right problem :D
