@kayce29, Even if you charge back with your CC company, there gonna be a talk between CC company and Paypal. If Paypal proves that their decision was correct, then you will not get refund.

Paypal decission is not correct, i paid for a month of vps that i only used vps for 6 days before it went down, how is their decission correct? No it's not and American law states that you must get what u paid for.

You can of course get your CC company to do a chargeback but that would just result in your PayPal account being closed just for a mere few dollars?

And of course, I got paid tons to say this all because this is a forum and we all are paid to post here.

If I were you, by now I would have moved on and restored my site the way it was supposed to be (even if I didn't have the latest back-up). You are just losing your traffic and I am pretty sure you realise that.

Try having some common sense and things could be a lot different you know?
