I have a VPS with knowinservers it was instant setup and 100% uptime so far.

I dont know about support because there are no problems so i dont need any

Vote for rapidspeeds for dedicated server. I have 3 server with them. So far nothing issued with me. The owner very helpful. And you got KVM over IP, so If you want to reinstall your server or reboot your server, you can do it yourself.

And that's free of charge. And one thing they ignore DMCA notice ^^
