useless support guys... i raised a ticket to get Deluge installed but he just gave an blank email reply!! i replied back and still there is no response...

I am still waiting for deluge to be installed....

We Already Installed As Per ur Request Please Check Start > All Programs > Deluge

got it now, you shudnt have replied with a blank email! i can understand you maybe busy but you should mention that in email. Thats basic customer handling skill.

Im still waiting since 2 day for some important informations about my question i think bunny is not serious :/ all offers on the website are deleted and other stuff also no reply ect....

And the other thread from him is closed and he didnt give an answer per pm...
