Best Youtube video downloader plugin for wp

I see few poor plugins are available in wp plugin directory. I need a Plugin that will generate 3 types of download link. Wp admin/Poster will post the youtube video id only.
1. 3gp (for mobile)
2. flv ( for PC )
3. mp3 (as audio )

Will be grateful to have some suggestion or solution.

You won't get 192kbps + audio track as Audio,and flv isn't that good format for a video,mp4 comparatively is better,just get greasemonkey then search on Google Download Youtube as MP4(Also has 3gp and flv options,install the script.For MP3, just search " Youtube to mp3 script" and install that script ,you will see the Download buttons below every video.
