Best WebHost Reseller?

What is the best webhost reseller? I've looked at a few sites, what I'm looking for is.

Alot of DiskSpace, Bandwidth, ClientExec, or WHMCS Panel, and maybe a cloudflare plugin.

Looking for one, if any of you guys know where to buy one please let me know.

But also http://spetsnazhost.com/reseller-hosting.html Is cheaper and has unlimited
But no whmc panel

Don't know what a WHMC panel is, but Spetsnaz has WHM.
