I would not go down the adwords route as some have suggested, the reason being that you are technicaly only indexing open source and free software, so your income relies on adsense and in your case I would guess that your adwords bill wil exceed your adsense income.

The best way forward for you IMO would be to buy or exchange a few links with PR2+ sites and make sure your SEO is accurate and up to date.

I fear there is no shortcut for you, but im sure the site will get there, its a pleasent design with good content. just be patient
