currently im using revenuehits with popunder & banners, but when i payout i would change to a service that pays good for banners (views / klicks)
popups / popunder annoy users ... so I do not want to use pops ...

I don't really think there can be some universal reply of the network with the best payed banner offers. Just open any list and pick the one you like more.
Usually networks have plenty of different offers, both banners and popups. As I always say, don't hesitate you reach your account manager! The person's work is to help you, they can advise of the least irritating offers, e.g., with no pop-ups, if you ask.
As for the better payouts, it depends on many differrent things. Sometimes small payouts offers convert 10 times better than those with high payouts. You can ask of the statistics the account manager as well, but the result at your own website can differ because of the demografic and other parameters.
