best type of free forum to install ??

I m planing to start a new entertainment forum.but I need to find out what is the best free forum type..is it phpbb,IPB ???

IPB is not free unless you use a nulled version.

phpBB is the best. Highly customizable, easy to use ACP. Only problem is mod installation, but you'll get accustomed to it quickly.
And yea, phpBB is good for SEO as well, just needs some edits and few mods.

but for orig phpbb is seo mod.
