look on katz for elegant art wp themes
they are the best, i have some nice ones from them. and id stick to wordpress.org for plugins. dont download any from any warez sites or ill stone you for noobishness.

obviously its wordpress' own site for plugins. Any other plugin sites just duplicate the same plugins.

As for themes, obviously get paid ones from some warez site and free from wp's site.
