Best Shared Host?

I`m currently between ShineServers or ScopeHosts which one? I need something VERY reliable about 10 personal domains no downloads and 1 file sharing script which is not big but about 10GB or so worth of files LEGAL files so not really worried about DCMA but its nice to have the security if needed.

Which would you recomend I see shineservers looks more nice but lately people complaining about downtime.

Looking for ONLY shared host thats out of the USA and cPanel and pretty speedy. Less than $10 a month.

Like to switch asap!

I have shared host @ knownsrv.com and i can say.. just RESPECT to knownsrv.com
Yea i know the owner of knownsrv for some years, and i wont say now "jo men get from knownsrv, u must!, they are best..." or something else.. no rlly, knownsrv is good and the quality is on first place
