Best server location to upload to ul.to

Thats it, where should I rent a server if I wanted the best possible upload speeds to ul.to? I haven´t been able to get good speeds in the past (Servers from France, US and if I recall correctly Netherlands). I´m talking about at least maxing a 100 Mbps line.

Im using a Netherlands, Leaseweb, RDP and I get 50 MB+ upload speed via ZOOM most of the time.
