( unrar files - rename - create thumbnails - repack - upload )

I Need :

2. Fast RAR / UNRAR
3. 50-100GB Space
4. Fast Upload Speeds to MU/HF/Fileserve/Filesonic
5. Around 5-10TB bandwidth


Do i need offshore or USA servers to get good speeds from Hotfile (Download) ??
