Best PPD program

Hi Guys,

Which file host to you consider to have the best PPD plan at the moment? i know that each person has their own opinion and everybody has different preference as what is "good for them" however i want to start joining a program and would like to here the experienced uploaders here provide an opinion over this matter

The best isn't, but if you are looking for ,,best paid" you lost the time, because the best paid will have a lot of ads, pop-unders,pop-ups,etc. and isn't good for visitors, i recommend you to choose something will less money and to be trusted and if you can to talk personaly with the administrator to support you when you need. I don't know what to recommend you, i just gave you a sugestion how to choose. Good luck!

@smartboy i really dont know, because I from Brazil and my internet conexion are slow, i can get a 1.8 MBPS with free or premium account, but this is my conexion limit, really dont know.
