Best plugin to backup and restore database ?

Hi all,

I am searching a lugin which backup my whole wordpress blog(including themes , plugins and everything). And restore on default wordpress with complete old plugins , Themes , Posts and all.

Please suggest any good plugin for that.

i use this ..to backup /restore my dle / wordpress/ whmcs and any site's database .... :D
works like a dancing on a floor of butter :P


or u can use the builtin PHPmyAdmin

just learn to play with .sql files nothing more

and for backing up the themes ,, and other config files
do that manually .. u will surely learn new new things and gain experience :D
this is not a hard thing to do

i suggest not to be dependent on such tools for small works
