ubuntu with team viewer if you want manual uploading like downloading via torrent manuallly ,RAR`ing the files and upload

if you wanna use a script like Rapidleech or sborg, then use centOS

I use ubuntu on all my webservers and I would highly recommend it over CentOS.

Ubuntu, I think it has the latest distro updates.

Second would be CentOS, because lot of server apps can be installed easily.

Debian only but if i had to then bare bones ubuntu..

Centos and the rest are resource hogs and are mainly for users barely learning to start useing command line only..
