what is the best host for logs like in a steal program...

No host will clearly tell you "yes it's okay".

To be honest, you can most likely do it with any host, just be ready to get shut down as soon as they find out without warning.

If you want to do such things, you're better off getting your own server. But again, until someone finds out and you get shut down.

So it's up to you, personally I wouldn't even attempt doing so.
