Best free cms for jokes site

I want create jokes site ( jokes, pictures, video etc.) and i need free cms. OF 10 jokes sites 8 maked on DLE but dle paid and i do not want nulled. What do you suggest ?

if you have fair knowledge about wp you will end up making a grt CMS site
i perfectly don't remember the plugin but yes we have a wp plugn which auto loads more funny images when you reach the footer of page, so traffic flown from google stays for a while on your site (if you have good content)
