Best file host with following features

Hi guys, I need some help choosing a file host. I'm looking for one that:

1. Has unlimited storage space for free members (or premium-only if option 4. is fulfilled);
2. Has a PPD tariff (Doesn't matter if it's low);
3. Pays to paypal or, alternatively, to webmoney;
4. Has an option to pay for premium with my balance (Don't know if it's standart :P);
5. Has a decent download speed (> 300 kbps) and decent wait time between downloads (< 1 hour);
6. Is not rapidgator, depositfiles, hotfile, ultramegabit or filefactory;
7. Does not have very strict daily/hourly download limits;

I think that's all :-=.

If you use one with these features or know of one, please let me know, I really apreciate.

theres no file hoster like that were over users can use your premium account to download i know hotfile does 100gb hotlinking but i think they will still ban you for downloading from multible ips and why would you want to share your premium account freely to give users the freedom to download for nothing you sort of people are stupid

Ok ur right. I was thinking that if they could download like a premium, they wouldn't have to wait a lot of time until they could download the next file and I would make money for 2 or more dl faster. Nvm about that.
