Best file host for streaming?

Hello all!

I would like to know which of videobb, put locker or videozer is best when it comes to video streaming. I need one that offers embed video player and good quality for free users.
Also, which filehost reduces the quality of the uploaded video the most? I would be uploading HDTV TV Shows, so i don't want to loose the quality of the video.

Videozer and Videobb have a 72 min timer, while PutLocker doesn't, they block certain countries. Videobb's player is full of advertisements, Videobb and Putlocker have minimal. PutLocker has 2 pop ups when video is embed or played while Videobb and Videozer have 1 pop up. As far as quality, I would say Videozer or Putlocker then Videobb.
