Why? Because PayPal limit file hosts accounts, user cannot get paid and hosts can't get sales.

But never checked/tried whether in monebooker/skrill support Bank withdraw or not?
If they support then Fee in US $?
Payza Bank withdrawl fee US $15

Payza is just the best and very simple to use you need just to get a prepaid visa card from them for $20 , and you will able to withdraw your money without any problem
