And still everybody prefers that.

Well I still didn't get a clear cut answer yet.

ill say try to see if you get accepted for adsdaq.com, they are CPM, you name your price, you can ask for $1.50/cpm and if advertisers are offering that price then ads will star appearing on your site, for your site, my ask price right now is 1.50/cpm, and you can have a backup tag so in case theres no ads that pay 1.50 or w.e price you name then you backup ad tag will show, great if you ask me, the cheaper your ask price the more ads will appear on your site, but be aware not to name a really cheap price as malware ads always come from cheap advertisers, so try to start with a .90cent ask price then raise to 1.00$ w.e

only USA traffic is counted.
