Well I'm thinking about starting a proxy site to try make some money on ads, so please recommend the best payed ads that payout via paypal, I know it's difficult for warez sites and whatnot but there should be plenty for a proxy. :D

No, google do not payout via paypal.

Bidvertiser often seem to ban accounts with no apparent reason.

Well adsense is the best but they dont pay via paypal

Bidvertiser are just scammers as you said ban randomly


Try adversal im making a bit from them around $20 a day, adsense not as much though.
