Well in massive forums you need to be a kind of all rounder. Make posts, report threads that violate rules, help the members when they have queries and be active.

On some you can even make a donation and get into VIP. :P However on the worlds largest Warez forum, donations are not accepted. Its hard work that gets you in. ;)

@srishan if you want to become a vip of a forum

-->be active in their forum

-->post good and unique content

-->concentrate more in off topics rather than uploading stuffs
 
I'm confused as to why you'd ask us what you need to do to get VIP somewhere else. Read their rules...it usually says somewhere on the site. How would we know what their requirements are?
 
VIP status is a award which you get if helpful to others around the forum and when they recommend, admins would change your status to VIP.

It's not a product to buy and it's no use of buying a VIP status, it's totally unfair :p
