BeastieBay.net is a fan made website for the famous android game "Beastie Bay" from KairoSoft Pvt. Ltd.
This site has been coded by me in valid HTML5 & CSS3.0 and all content are manually added by me. Its been a great hit locally since I have advertised the game amongst my friends by word of mouth and I find many people getting addicted to it. So they tend to check in the website everyday for tips & tricks.
You can find that more than 50% traffic is returning traffic and that I assume is marvelous for any new website.

Earnings are moderate and stable. Although they can increase if you manage to advertise the site a bit in the "mobile gaming communities". I've been paid more than 30$ from the adverts. Some were paid links and rest from PopAds. So there is actually nothing to lose.
You literally have to do nothing. Just put up your advertisement and stay back watching the money roll.
I've implemented a contact form in the website so that the users can contact if they wish to inform any update regarding the game or share their own experience.
It ranks high in Google for many keywords related to the game. Also I should tell you that there is NO other website made for this game, so search terms regarding the game will force the users to come on BeastieBay.net

The website has been coded from scratch by me and you will get 100% ownership of design. You can resell the design, edit, customize, do whatever you like. It has been also optimized for better page load time.
It requires no MySQL, no special PHP settings, nothing. Its just plain static HTML files. It can run on Apache, NgninX, LiteSpeed, lighttpd, Windows, etc. all servers & OS. It is currently hosted on a free host. So you don't even have to pay a single penny to host the website.
