Clean up your HTML and reduce the quality of your images, that alone can reduce bandwidth a lot if you have high traffic.

Stop them from "Uploading" images in they're signature, But allow them to use
.

its a forum, not a lot users have signatures but mostly the forum has a lot of pictures in img tags and i do have gzip compression. anything else that will reduce bandwidth?

I can show you how to gzip your pages and also output a compressdion percentage at footer if you like.

I use this method on http://evilddl.com/ and i get my pages reduced from 130kb to around 13kb... i can also show you how to set the compression level higher or lower in php.ini, it should save you a lot of bandwidth if your not already gzipping your pages.

PM me.

EDIT: sorry i just saw your post saying your already using gzip... try turning the compression level up on the server.... but it will use more cpu, 5 or 6 is good, 6 is standard.
