Site looks a bit un-organised, try choosing better names for sections.
Also remove the "You must first accept the Forum Rules to be able to view forums!" because I think alot of people will be like wtf and then they close your site.
Hey here is another suggestion. Make navbar links a little brighter as it is difficult to see them. Change the CSS in template settings to make the hyperlinks to bright color. Color like red or white will suite your site.
