No no no. That skin is overused. I've seen it plenty of times. Please, delete it and add a new one. Overused skins is not good and will not lead to any good.
Personally, I hate when people uses numbers in their domains. There's no benefits using numbers in the domain unless it's a 3-letter/word domain.

It looks like your forum has been spammed by a spambot named
fersfleelpmom.
You might want to delete all of his posts and i'm also noticing that he has been positng in the anouncement area which should only be available for adminstrators to post a new subject.
All the warez listings should be listed under one category instead of having multiple categories.
List warez under warez and all community areas under community.
It wont take long and your forum would look way more organizes just after this little change.
There's also a few types in some categories and some of the descriptions which you should fix asap. Typo's or poor english in categories or forum descriptions is not good and you would only scare away the guests.
In latest posts you should hide all posts that's in the warez categories and only allow the latest post from the community to show up. I mean, it's pointless to have the latest post when you're only getting posts from bots anyway. You could prolly remove it all. Why? Because you have no statistic to brag about therefore there's not need to show them off. On a later stage, when you have a community and a nice amount of members you can start showing of the stats so meanwhile, please hide and add something else where the statistics are placed right now. There's lots of things you can add, just be a little creative and don't copy&paste from other sites. Uniqueness is a good thing and people, most people likes to see something unique and that would result in more members on your site which again leads to a more popular site and it would just keep growing.
You can also remove the "recycle bin" as it looks like no one is moderating the forum. You have approximately almost 10 000 topics/posts and there's only four posts in the trash therefore, no need to have it. If you really want to have it, hide it for everyone and only make it visible for the staff..
Funny thing to call that category tho, it doesn't make sense that the trash and warez request is listed under "Forum Management". Could you explain this? I'm confused. Forum management should be a hidden category which staff is discussing or having a great time.
Other downloads under the ebook category, what exactly do you mean by other downloads? There's not really any "other downloads" that should be posted there, is it?
Overall it looks like another dump for spambots with a overused skin.
