searching for server:

• at least 4gb ram
• hdd whatever. RMP at least 7200 (if possible to get 10k RMP your offer would be more important than others)
• cpu at least dual core
• bandwitch 2 TB (basic) with opportunity to increase.

Budget: 40$/month
location EUROPE, where exactly - no matter. CZ, NL, FR, DE, UK - ok.

Don't offer VPS!

Yea, you might need to increase your budget a little more.

You can get a good VPS at that price but for a dedicated server, you will have to invest much more.
