in my first mont with awsome rdp was very good but now is terrible.. i don't know what happened with you because i was very happy with the service until now..

i also used to be their customers but the service became so bad that i actually ran away from their service. their servers have become a heaven for abusers and they never tried to fix it even after numerous tickets.
winrar was always slow and server always overloaded because of the abusers and although I determined what uers were abusing the server they never warned or banned them because they dont want to refund their money . its all about money !
their support also knows nothing about RDP management other than how to reset the server. i once asked the support to reinstal the east asian language through windows CD and he asked me to give them the language pack !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! uselss and incompetant support !

ONE WORD, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PULL OUT EVERY SINGLE HAIR STRING YOU HAVE ! these ppl are only after your money now !

this is just my review of their service and how awful my experience was ! these ppl dont give a shit about customer satisfaction !
 
These issues with RAR/UNRAR are true from my own experience. I lost quite a bit of money.

Awesome blames it on the slow hdd, I think the server is overloaded and full of abusers because other users have to abuse it too because it's so slow.

Provider take action now. This has been going on for such a long time.

Do provide refunds or address the issue. Thread closed until then.

UPDATE: Reopened under the condition the next 2 weeks not one complaint has been received. If anybody has complaints do not reply here but sent me a PM.

Provider has indicated that those with issues are given new servers. Please inform me about the status by PM.

you know better mate that as long as they dont bann the server abusers its all over again for the new server after a short while ! these ppl allow abusers on their server cause they want their money ! if they place a new policy stating that upon reporting the abusers they will ban them then you can rest with more ease of mind that these issue might be resolve. new server is not the answer ! their policy is that of money whores !

in my lst month of service with them i sent 20+ thickets to them ! 20+ tickets man !! every single one of them about overload issue ! just wait a few days and complaints will start coming !
 
luches, I know owner and he banned few users only this month because of abusive usage (10+ simultaneous unrar/rar) and download and fuck the server, he warned them twice and they ignored and they earned a BANAWARD. I chat with admin by msn every day and we talk speed problems and sometimes I let him know speed problems and he found the abusers. By the way, overload is depends on when you connected to the servers. For example, I know overload time for me (for 4-5 hrs in a day), And then I prepare my projects and wait free time and wait and then run when speed is good. If you want full free server take a VPS One man with one pc . All companies here have same problem, I tried 5 rdp here before I chose awesomerdp. my rdp server in france and work perfect now

Exactly , buy dedicated server if u need full performance .
Also you dont have any active service here, and you are done with your review also. if u need to say to any mod tell them via pm , not here .also from that server only u had issues all the time , even it was for like 1 hour you will start crying in support tickets. Some kids think for $25 , they'll get a dedicated server.

We also buy dedicated servers from big companies like leaseweb , ovh and sometimes their servers reboot 5-6 times a day,tht doesn't mean I have to open ticket every hour and cry there and threat them that if they don't fix my issue I'll post bad reviews about them, so that they don't get any cumtomers that's a sick kid's mentality. Normal people don't deal like that . It's a machine , issues will come that's normal .

good for you its france mate. their NL server was always overloaded.
ever since the first day of my last month i kept reporting three abusers that were destroying the server. even when two ppl were online (me and one of the abusers) the whole server would die. i kept sending them tickets about these three and they ignored them all and never banned them ! out of my 25$ i got less 2$ worth of service out of their dmn NL RDP ! (let me say that thee abusers were online 24/7 ) and god know what they were doing which result in almost 24 hours overload time !


@Subhy259 ! oh man, who are you trying to fool here ? should i give you screen shot of that last 30 days ! ever single day server is dead and overloaded ! you expect me to sit there and watch as my money is being stolen ! go dream mate ! you ppl only learn through getting hammered and banned and not by soft civilized language. you need to be treated like how you treat your customers ! I will show my respect to a good providers while make sure that the bad one gets a piece of my mind ! that how i deal with shitty providers !
Do not lecture me on how to treat service providers, some one like you needs to be taught a lesson ! you only know the language of threat and the iron fist from an admin ^^!

besides im not the only unsatisfied customer here. even the admin was fed up with you !

luches, I can post screenshots of other babycry admins of rdp. 2 of rdp owner banned here cause they could not satisfy members.
And as I see you can not see what rdp mean ? And you need dedicated server for light speed. fOR example here rar/unrar are slow for me for few hours cause european members are using, but after 6 pm, I saw speed is very good speed.

Sure, nobody can expect top speeds for 24 hours a day, but it should be workable 24/7. That's where people pay for ... to be able to work 24/7.

If it takes 10 minutes to unrar a 700mb file, it's not workable and the provider should do everything to solve it permanently (not just a server reboot). Solving means offload other users to other servers, buy faster drives etc.

If a provider gets signals from a user that it's not workable, he should be offered a refund for unused days.

It seems that RDP providers get greedier and greedier and stuff 12-20 users on one server instead of spending money to buy more servers and to make sure that only 6-10 users are using the server.

Again, do not make complains in this thread, but sent them to me by PM.

I strongly suggest anyone considering getting service look elsewhere until he resolves his issues.



Members with issues may create 1 thread in the hosting discussion section to discuss their issues with this provider.

Provider: It appears your service is substandard and you should work on your server administration and customer service skills.

You are in danger of loosing the ability to have a sales thread here.

Those who are having issue about anything can ask for refund .
And mainly 3-4 users are posting here repeatedly not everyone . Maximum 6-7 users occasionally post their issues here .
1 or 2 servers sometimes have some issues from DC , can't do anything till it's fixed from DC .
Rest of the servers are working fine .

Tickets get answered within hours, reboots are done if they are necessary. Programs are installed within minutes after request.

I would recommend their service to anyone who is in need of a RDP. Because i did and they were satisfied aswell.
