It was because some user is using some problematic software or some other way to abuse, which is causing this shut down. Whoever you are please don't do it again, otherwise I've to ban you.

And i'm requesting everyone to change your passwords. It was the 1st point written in your login details. And there are lots of users who didn't change their passwords. So please change your passwords.

Remote Desktop can’t connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons:

1) Remote access to the server is not enabled
2) The remote computer is turned off
3) The remote computer is not available on the network

Make sure the remote computer is turned on and connected to the network, and that remote access is enabled.
